Jaipur The Pink City, History, Significance and Places : Jaipur is the known with the name of Pink city. It is the metropolitan city of the world’s famous cities. This city was constructed by the Swai Jaisingh in 1727, who was the Rajput ruler of Jaipur region. It is located 268 km (167 miles) from the national capital New Delhi.
